About Us

Andy & Nicole are lifelong residents on Drummond Island and have been married for over 21 years.  Andy has worked for his family plumbing business since his high school years and received his Master Plumber’s License in the State of Michigan in 2009. 
 
Andy and Nicole owned Northern Properties vacation home rentals from 2016 until 2022, at which time they decided to sell.  When Andy's dad retired from the family business, they planned to start their own plumbing business and wanted to focus all of their time & attention on making sure their customers were given the quality service they deserved. 
 
They still have the same great crew, who are all committed to our goal of providing professional, reliable, and honest service to our customers on Drummond Island and the surrounding area.
