Our Rates

Ellis Plumbing has chosen to charge time & material for our services.  This ensures that our valued customers are paying for exactly what they have asked for, which is how we would want it ourselves.

Business hours are Monday-Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm *Closed on weekends and Holidays

Service fee - $100 (Covers us coming to your home, up to the first hour)

Labor fee- $80.00 (Every hour after first hour)

For larger jobs (4 hours or more) we charge a straight labor fee, *no service fee

Labor fees are per guy, if more than one is on a job

Weekday after hour emergency/service requests are billed at time + 1/2. *Any request that cannot be 'scheduled in' to our already scheduled/ongoing list is considered an emergency. Depending on the time of year we could be scheduling out as far as 1-3 weeks. If we have to change our schedule, pull our crew from a job, or put your request in front of another job that was already scheduled it will be billed accordingly.

Holiday & Weekends emergency/service requests are billed at 2X our normal rate.

Material cost is +20% + Tax.

Jobs off of Drummond will include a Ferry fee of $10 per trip, outer island boat fees vary by distance.

Before making a service call please be sure that you understand and agree with the service charge.  Please understand we are a business with expenses and cannot take time away from paying customers to make home visits to diagnose issues and offer solutions for free.
